Crane Miller - Board Member

Following graduate work at UCLA and the University of Alberta, Crane Miller received his Ph.D. in Geography at UCLA in 1971.

For more than thirty years thereafter he served in the California State University system in a variety of capacities including tenured professor of geography, director of several federal- and state-funded research and environmental education projects, author of three major-market college textbooks and several published articles, and presenter at university research forums in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. 

He also employed his long experience with geographic information systems (GIS) and land-use planning in public service agencies, including the City of La Habra Heights General Plan Develop Committees (1978 & 2001-2003) and most recently with NOLT.
