Become a Volunteer Today

Volunteers are essential to our success! North Olympic Land Trust can achieve the participation of landowners and other supporters most effectively through a strong volunteer program.

Our volunteer program keeps developing. You’ll want to keep visiting this page to learn about opportunities to be involved.

We’ve listed a few of the ways you can help. If you have other skills or interests you’d like to contribute, please contact us!

• Office Assistance - answering phones, mailings, filing, and helping with database

• Events - including our annual Conservation Breakfast, Harvest Dinner, Holiday Celebration and more!

• Stewardship - monitoring protected properties, tree plantings, invasive weed removal and other work parties

• Committees – work with others to plan and implement such Land Trust projects as land protection, fund development, outreach

• Fundraising - researching grants, helping with fundraising events, entering information into data base, sending out acknowledgments

• Outreach and education - accompanying exhibit at events, helping with presentations to groups, and meeting with public officials, developers and organizations
