Volunteer
Volunteering is a great way to make a difference, and have fun doing it! The Land Trust has a need for volunteer support in a variety of ways, and often looks to volunteer expertise, advice and support in the various aspects of land conservation. If you are interested in volunteering with the Land Trust, please explore the current opportunities below and submit a volunteer interest form.
Administrative
It takes a stellar team of behind the scene volunteers to keep conservation projects moving forward. From office inventory and mailings to entering data, volunteers willing to assist with administrative work are key to the efficiency and success of the Land Trust.
Events
The Land Trust holds several events per year, such as Conservation Breakfast, Family Picnic, and Harvest Dinner. Volunteers are always needed in event planning and day-of event coordination.
Fundraising
Volunteer fundraising assistance to both maintain and grow the amount of support for conservation is key to continuing efforts to maintain and steward the lands that define and sustain the communities of Clallam County.
Outreach
Do you love where you live? Volunteering in support of the Land Trust’s outreach efforts is a great way to spread the love of the North Olympic Peninsula.
Special Projects
Occasionally the Land Trust hosts, or partners with another organization that hosts, special projects such as tree plantings or beach cleanups. Volunteers are a vital component in these projects.
