In celebration of our surrounding communities’ continued collaboration and innovation toward stewarding and conserving the beautiful North Olympic Peninsula, please join us Friday, March 23 for the 10th Annual Conservation Breakfast.
Community health is closely linked with land conservation. We’ll explore this connection at the breakfast with guest speaker Dr. Monica Dixon. Monica is is a national speaker, consultant, internationally published author, and a founder of the Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition. Additionally, we hope you’ll accompany us in honoring the Clallam Conservation District with the 2018 ‘Out Standing in the Field’ Award for their dedication to responsible land use and both environmental and community health.
Come, be inspired with examples of world-class work that’s happening within our own backyard and learn about emerging land conservation opportunities.
This one hour event begins at 9 a.m. at the Vern Burton Community Center, 308 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles. Breakfast is complimentary with an RSVP; donations are appreciated. Please RSVP by March 12 on our website (below), via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (360) 417-1815.
