7th Annual Land Trust Family Picnic

July 31, 2022 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us for a potluck picnic at Olympic Cellars! We are providing the main dish (vegetarian/vegan options available) and non-alcoholic drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert! As with any potluck, keep in mind that food will be left out for long periods of time. Feel free to bring your own food if you prefer.

A portion of the picnic will also double as our annual meeting that is typically held in the fall – please come to hear our annual accomplishments and updates. The annual meeting will be a small, optional part of the Family Picnic.

We are excited to thank and celebrate our amazing volunteers and landowners, and come together as a community to enjoy summertime.

We are excited to have live music from Black Diamond Junction, beer and wine available for purchase from Olympic Cellars, and Welly’s Ice Cream trailer with ice cream available for purchase! Music, food, drinks, and ice cream – the perfect summer package!

COVID-19 Safety:

Unfortunately it is not possible to say that any event is 100% COVID safe, but we will do our best to make it a safe event! The picnic is hosted outside, and we will set up food to allow for distancing. Feel free to bring your own food if you prefer.

Masks will not be required outside. We won’t be taking temperatures or checking vaccination cards, so please self-evaluate if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been recently exposed. If you have symptoms or have been recently exposed, we kindly ask that you please stay home, and join us for our next gathering.

At the check in table, you will be able to receive a sticker on your name tag that indicates your comfort level around others. We’re looking forward to a fun and safe event.
