Third Thursday Work Party @ Lower Dungeness Conservation Area

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Beginning the month of March, we will be organizing a monthly beginner-friendly work party on the third Thursday of each month.

Please join us on Thursday, March 19th for beginner-friendly prairie restoration work planned at the Lower Dungeness Conservation Area. We will be filling sandbags and continuing the tarping process to remove non-native weeds from the area. Please plan to work with sand, bending over and kneeling for extended periods, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

This event is weather dependent. Please bring a full water bottle and be sure to dress for the weather. More details will be sent out to all those who RSVP.
