Volunteer – Land Trust Family Picnic

July 26 All day

Help us throw a fabulous picnic!

Jobs:

Check -in, parking, food organization and placement, tent set-up, seating area set-up, and more jobs to come!

As we continue planning we will send out emails to formally sign up for tasks. Please let us know what kind you are most excited to help with.

Event Description:

Grab your camp chairs and picnic blankets and join us for a potluck!

We are providing the main dish (vegetarian/vegan options available) and non-alcoholic drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert! As with any potluck, keep in mind that food will be left out for long periods of time. Feel free to bring your own food if you prefer.

A portion of the picnic will also double as our annual meeting – please come to hear our annual accomplishments and updates. The annual meeting will be a small, optional part of the Family Picnic.

We are excited to thank and celebrate our amazing volunteers and landowners and come together as a community to enjoy summertime.

Live music will keep the party going into the late afternoon! Cider will be available for purchase from Olympic Bluffs. Music, food, and drinks – the perfect summer package!
