Olympic Theatre Arts presents:
Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike
By Christopher Durang
June 9–25, 2017
Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30, Sunday matinees at 2:00 at Olympic Theatre Arts, 414 N. Sequim Ave. Sequim, WA.
Directed by Jim Guthrie
This Tony-award-winning quirky comedy focuses on three middle-aged single siblings. They discuss their lives and loves, argue, and Masha threatens to sell the family’s ancestral home sited in a cherry orchard. Some of the show’s elements were derived from works by Anton Chekhov.
“We are excited to partner with Olympic Theatre Arts as part of our ongoing effort to enhance our community’s quality of life here on the North Olympic Peninsula,” said Tom Sanford, North Olympic Land Trust executive director. “Collaboration and shared support of one another is not only critical to the conservation of our incredible local land base, but to the conservation of our culture, including a thriving arts community.”
