Event Support – Administrative


Provide support before and after an event to organize and inventory supplies, such as tableware, linens, etc., for the event. Additional tasks may include assisting with design and printing of event signage, mailing Thank You letters and entering event information into a database.


As needed.


1-3 days before and/or after an event.


2-4 hours.


Detail oriented, ability to organize and maintain accurate counts of supplies, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to provide own transportation to the Land Trust office in Port Angeles.
